Placement Cell
The college has well established placement cell. The cell helps students to know about job opportunities and good placement.
Objectives:
- ⚬ To provide a common a platform for the interaction between the present and past students.
- ⚬ To help students to find out right career and job opportunity in their desired field.
- ⚬ To identify job opportunities in Service sectors, Industry, Institutions, NGO/GO etc.
- ⚬ To communicate with Service sectors, Industry, Institutions, NGO/GO.
- ⚬ To impart training of Communication Skills, Soft Skills and Personality Development.
- ⚬ To arrange campus interviews.
- ⚬ To provide necessary assistance after placement.
Activities:
- ⚬ To solve the domestic and individual problems of the members.
- ⚬ Cell identifies various job opportunities through various channels.
- ⚬ Cell Organizes programmes to impart communication skills as well as soft skill training.
- ⚬ The cell organizes Special Guest Lectures to motivate and guide students.
- ⚬ Students are encouraged to attend in the on-campus and off-campus interviews.
- ⚬ Provision of reference books and magazines for competitive examination in library.
- ⚬ The students are encouraged to participate in Seminars, Workshops, Business Meets, and Campus Interviews etc.
- ⚬ Communication with industries/institutions.
- ⚬ The college provides information about campus interviews to students through Notice board and Phone Calls.

Achievements:
- ⚬ Although the institute is situated in rural area, a good number of students from all faculties have secured employment in Teaching, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, BPO’s Software, IT, Seed, Finance and Insurance Companies.
- ⚬ During Last five years 07 staff have completed their doctrate from SPPU Pune and 45 students have qualified different National and State Level Exams Whereas 35 Awards were recieved for outstanding performance in Sports and Cultural Activities.
